FREE Delivery is available to all deliveries in England for orders over £299 Below this amount the delivery is a simple flat rate fee of £14.99

The cost of packaging and delivering fireworks is an expensive business due to them being classed as ‘Explosives’, which means we have to use specialist couriers to deliver your fireworks. To help with the cost of delivery we make a significant contribution toward the costs for you, typically orders cost well over £30 to package and ship out. We ask you for a contribution toward these costs’ below £299 because of the amount we have to pay..

Delivery Surcharge for Scottish Highlands, certain postcodes in Scotland, and in particular the highlands area attract a higher rate with our couriers… we pass on a proportion of this extra charge… please use our postcode checker when ordering to confirm, although generally the extra cost is £25.00 on top of our normal charging system.

Please allow us at least 3 days to pick and pack your order, Our delivery time is always from the point of ‘Despatch’.. please allow 3 days for us to pick and pack your fireworks before we despatch them… Typically an order takes a day or two to get ready before we can arrange the couriers pick up… From the moment it’s picked up many deliveries are overnight, or within just a couple of days… We usually suggest allowing at least five working days for your order to arrive as a minimum time frame. Deliveries and Packing are not carried out at weekends, so please consider this when planning how quickly you need the order. Of course, where and when we can we will ship within 24 hrs and you can often have the delivery within 3 or 4 days… If you are in any doubt, please call 0115 8559000 to check directly with us.

Please Sign for your Order. As is usual with most couriers the delivery time is not booked and is often at a random time between 8am and 5pm. With this in mind its better if you have the opportunity to have your fireworks delivered to a business address, or to a location where there is a higher chance of someone being able to sign for them (All Deliveries must be signed for as they are classed as explosives)

Choosing a Business address for delivery is best, but it’s by no means essential, If you’re not able to have them delivered to your place of work or a business address, and it has to be a private address, we strongly suggest that you are available to take the delivery, or if not leave very precise instructions for an alternative arrangement, for example, ‘leave with my neighbour’, or ‘leave with a specific property on the road’ – You can also leave this information in the ‘Notes’ box in the checkout procedure and we’ll pass this information on to the driver.

Failed attempts on a delivery will result in the fireworks being returned to us, in which case we have to charge again for another attempt at delivering. Along with our couriers we make every attempt to get them to you in a timely fashion and contact you where possible.

Booking deliveries for arrival on a weekend is just not possible simply because the couriers do not deliver on weekends, only on very rare occasions. Likewise, our couriers close for Christmas, so we always suggest you talk to us if you would like a delivery either just before Christmas, or in-between Christmas and New Year’s Eve.

Our couriers offer a very high standard of service, which is another reason for higher delivery charges. We ask them to take the upmost care with every box. You must check the cartons when the delivery is made, if there is any sign of damage please ensure you notify the driver and write this information on the delivery note very clearly before signing for the goods. Claims for damaged goods or shortfalls cannot be made afterwards if the goods have been signed for without mentioning any damage on receipt.

*there are a few postcode numbers within this range of postcodes not always covered – Sometimes the furthest ends of the UK, such as Aberdeen and the Highlands or Cornwall may require an extra day or two.

You can choose ‘CLICK & COLLECT’ at any time when ordering and there is no postage or packaging charge. Please allow 48hrs to make the collection, and please always call or email us first to arrange the collection from our HQ – 213 Valley Road, Sherwood, Nottingham. NG5 3BG – Collections are not available ‘Out of Season’ from our other outlets. However, orders placed online can be collected from these stores by ‘special arrangement’ which must be done over the phone with a member of our sales team. We suggest you place your order and type the shop you’d like to collect from in the ‘Notes’ box when ordering, and also dropping us a quick call to double check the instruction has successfully come through.

Firework Stores

Our main Store at 213 Valley Road, Sherwood is open all year round. We have 3 further Firework Outlets in Grantham, Ilkeston and Matlock open from Oct 15th – Nov 6th this year (2016) for Bonfire Night & Diwali Sales. We are also open from the 28th December to 31st December for New Years Eve Sales at all four outlets.

Our main store is open all year round for Firework sales, on Monday to Friday 9.00am – 5pm and on Saturdays 10am to 3pm.

Out of season we do recommend calling us prior to popping in. Please note at Bonfire Night we also open Sundays. Our shops are located at:

• Mansfield – This store is now closed – we hope to open a new store in this area soon – until we do, we suggest having the fireworks delivered, or visit our other stores.

COVID-19 Update (June 2020) – in light of the recent pandemic our business is taking extra measures to keep our staff and customers safe… Our delivery of fireworks is unaffected, but click and collect is currently available, but restricted to ensure a safe flow of customer collections.
